You're paying less because we operate at studio scale across many agency partners, so a senior engineer's bandwidth gets utilised 95% of the month, not 60%. We standardise our stack, our project setup, our QA process. That's the only reason a $1,500/month engineer becomes a $700/month engineer through us, and your client never feels the difference because the work output is identical.

Common partnership questions.
How do I know you have the capacity you're promising?
Every tier has a published throughput. If we miss it in any month, the next month is free. Written into the partnership agreement.
What if I need more than my tier covers in a given month?
Two options. Pull from rollover capacity from previous months, or pay overage at 1.4× normal rate per asset.
What happens if I underuse my tier in a slow month?
Unused capacity rolls over to the next month: 1 month on Tier 1, 2 months on Tier 2, 3 months on Tier 3. If you only have 2 active clients in January, the capacity carries to February. We also offer a 1-month free pause per year, no penalty.
Can my client meet your team?
Only if you want them to. Default is full white-label: your client never knows we exist.
What if the work quality slips?
14-day exit clause. If quality drops and you can show specific defects, you can cancel mid-month with prorated refund.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDA at onboarding before any IP or client information moves.
Can we resell post-launch renewal to our clients?
Yes. After included support ends, optional renewal is 9% of the discounted package price your client paid. You set your client rate; we keep the build running under your brand.
Can I bring my own designer or PM and just use you for engineering?
Yes. Tier 4 (Custom Studio) is built exactly for this. You define the mix.
